Great location for Warner Bros studio tour. Lovely bar ,restaurant and garden .Had evening meal and breakfast both meals excellent quality food and cooked to perfection.Room very clean ,fresh bedding and towels .Really enjoyed our stay .Would highly recommend .

Welcomed by a very friendly and efficient staff,all of whom were excellent.The pub side of things was buzzing and served a decent pint.A very wide choice for selection on both the breakfast and dinner menus.Our various dishes were all excellent in terms of both presentation and taste.Once again,excellent staff. The rooms could best be described as individual and quirky.The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms could do with upgrading alongside attention to the plumbing.Showers were fine but sink and lavatories and general bathroom decor needs attention. Finally,although understandably difficult in a listed building,thought could be given to providing some form of storage for clothes.

We received a warm welcome upon our arrival. And all the staff were lovely The hotel is pleasant, though my sole suggestion would be for larger cups for my morning and late-night cuppa . 😜 The food was also delicious. There isn’t anything within the immediate surrounding area so you would need a taxi unless you have driven to this destination and unless you have chosen to explore the stunning area on foot, which is truly beautiful.

Quirky, old, historic pub with loads of character eg sloping floors, ceilings, great wooden beams. Imagine all the travellers who have stayed there. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was superb.

Great location for going to the Warner Bros Studio Tour. Staff warm and welcoming throughout the day, especially the waitress Sue, and always on hand to help. Rooms were cosy and had a great cottage vibe to them. No issues with beds or any other apparatus. Electricity working all fine. Food was particularly good at reasonable prices for the area. Breakfast at £10 was a steal. And evening food had some great selections, especially the pies. 🥧 Couldn't ask for better in terms of service. Definitely would stay again.
