The hotel is in a good location just across from the national park. Staff were friendly and there is a nice atmosphere in the hotel. The Spa area was nice, just make sure you book the spa area as there are limited numbers allowed in.

amazing facilities, the spa was wonderful and we loved the bicycles that we could use to go around the national park. The breakfast was very generous too

Our Superior Deluxe King Room was a great size with a spacious bathroom with bath and separate shower, breakfast was excellent quality with lots of choice on the cooked breakfast menu and also the continental buffet.

The room was amazing, so clean with a very comfortable bed. The staff were so friendly, professional and well trained, whether it was concierge, reception, breakfast, dining, housekeeping or the spa - all staff were very helpful and pleasant and we were impressed with their attention to detail. The spa and thermal baths were very good, spotlessly clean and well maintained.

Gorgeous vitality suit. Extra water available at various points around the hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very Good menu selection and food quality. Bedroom very clean with tea and coffee available.

The hotel has kept its standards over the years. The food is beyond excellent. The bar, restaurant, and dining areas are very comfortable.The food was exceptionally nice. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and there was a large menu to choose from. The Monks lounge served fabulous food, too. Again, a varied menu. I had the Colgan beef buger and chips every evening it was delicious, tasty and well presented, and val for money. The chips were the NICEST CHIPS I HAVE EVER HAD.The staff are all very welcoming. They know their job and show their expertise. The hotel is so well situated in Killarney that we were able to park the car for the duration of our stay, and we walked several KM every day. (Bicycles were provided, but we chose to walk). It's been a while since we were in Muckross House Hotel, but we look forward to returning there later in the season. I wish the hotel a good season ahead. They deserve it. Kind regards Bernadette

Amazing staff, couldn't fault them , exceptional breakfast with a great selection. The vitality suite was so relaxing, you book your slot in advance , so it was never too busy. You can always rent complimentary bikes to cycle through the national park. Myself & my girlfriend will definitely be back again !
