Location is excellent. Breakfast was lovely, a really nice comfortable homely feel from the place. Owners were extremely accomodating in moving my reservation a few times. Would definately stay again.

The location and convenience to the centre of Killarney is excellent. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and had all the local knowledge you would need. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Killarney

A spacious and comfortable room in a beautiful guesthouse. The property was located close to town and the booking included a delicious breakfast.

The location was perfect, walking distance to the town. Bed was large and very comfortable, there was a lovely lounge to make a cup of tea/coffee with biscuits, great at the end of the day. Breakfast was fantastic, home made scones were delicious plus fresh fruits and lots of options for a cooked breakfast. Easy parking and room was very spacious.
