Unless prior arrangements are in place, we will process payment for your stay on arrival to the hotel. The hotel requires a valid credit card to be presented upon check-in for the registering guest. The card should match the name of the reservation as made and must be presented for Chip & Pin verification. It is not possible to pre-pay for a third party guest due to GDPR and privacy restrictions. We reserve the right to receive payment or request pre-authorisation of the full amount for the stay period based on the credit card details provided upon check-in. We do not accept cash payment for room reservations. We do not accept debit cards to secure rooms or for pre-authorisation on check-in due to ongoing issues with releasing same. We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause guests.Please note that the Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the booker’s credit card up to 4 days prior to arrival. This places the pre-authorised amount in a holding state which also temporarily reduces one’s credit limit. The pre-authorisation is not a charge and no funds will be debited from the account at this point, this will also not be reflected in the credit card statement since no charge has been made. The credit limit will be released back to the cardholder within one week depending on the issuing bank.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The staff were amazing, very helpful when we arrived at the hotel we got upgraded which was lovely of them we had the best night stay we stayed last year and this was are second time staying at the international definitely will be back again

From the moment we arrived the staff were amazing, from reception to wait and bar staff they couldn"t of been more kind, hotel is very charming, fabulous location, and the beds, my god the beds, can't remember the last time I slept so well, breakfast was gorgeous, everything was just perfect.

Staff were lovely. Hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Music in the bar each night. Some cosy rooms beside reception to have a quiet drink or read a book. Very central location. Had a lovely relaxed vibe. Booked a triple room - actually had three beds, so no one had to share - result!

in town centre and staff were really nice, the night porter i didn’t catch his name but he was the one unlocking the door at night and letting guests in he was very friendly and cracked a few jokes with us reminded me of the night porter in the hotel i work with myself 😃

Everything about this hotel was exceptional, rooms are stunning beds very comfortable. But most importantly, the staff, amazing friendly kind helpful, never stayed anywhere else like this. The hotel should be very proud of its staff and how beautiful it is.
