The first room on the first floor wasn't too nice or at least not to my expectation and was noisy, then we were moved to the third floor and rooms are all renovated and they look great. The breakfast was lovely and had a good choice. Nice place for families with kids with playground and activities.

Everything was perfect! Expect for the soft play area as it’s open 9am-12pm than closed again till 6pm opened 6pm-9pm, which I find very inconvenient as kids have nothing to do during them 6 hours.

Reception, lobby area, is a nice space. Place has benefitted from a refurb recently. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Small things we used to take for granted in Ireland before like not charging for cordial at the bar. Grand pool for the kids with armbands and other kit available , well equipped gym for a hotel gym and big indoor play area for younger kids. Kids club and movie night.

Lovely refurbished hotel. Deceiving from the outside. Lovely breakfast and bar area. Breakfast plenty to choose from! Our two bedroom suite was perfect and seemed barely used! Pool area was clean and again seemed new, although water A little colder than I’d be used to! Bar staff and room service staff were amazing! Also one lovely man on reception was very helpful as I’d a sick kid and allowed us to do late check out which I’d confirmed the night before but was then told we couldn’t have it by one of the other staff on reception! He was quite sick so we tried again and met this man who was very obliging so thank you!
