Very spacious Warm Beautifully decorated Comfortable beds Great location Great correspondence with Ciara and Arif Easy check-in/check-out Cleanliness We went to Lannigans Bar for a complimentry finger buffet on arrival and were warmly welcpmed and well looked after, we couldnt find accomodation and after a call to Arif he lkndly met us and brought us to the apartment, such a wonderful asset to the buisness! Went to Lannigans Bar Sunday night and Arif again looked after our party extremely well Ciara was lovely to deal with on the phone and covered everything to make our stay fantastic Thank you so much, highly recommended and will book here should we return to lovely Kilkenny!!

Right in the middle of the city. Perfect location. Rooms are perfect & kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Place is warm & beds are v comfy! 10/10 accommodation- would recommend.

The property was exceptional very clean and looks exactly like the photos. There was 17 of us for a birthday and Arif was one of the nicest staff we have ever met couldn’t have asked for better would highly recommend for group parties.

The place was modern, clean and comfortable, but basic. It was suitable for our group. Beds (bunks) were very comfortable. The location was good, very close to a shop, and you can easily walk to the town. The host was friendly and gave us free finger food in the pub.

Clean and spacious, nice living area with kitchen, TV and sofa. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and clean. Great for a group of friends, 5 mins walk to the centre for bars and restaurants.
