The cooked breakfast was excellent - well cooked and well presented. Someone obviously cares about food! A very cold day, the first thing I noticed was how warm it was when we went in, yet it wasn't too hot to sleep. Plenty of hot water too. The location was excellent - we were close enough to walk to attractions.

Fanad House is a very good clean B&B and meet all expectaions and a 10 min walk into the Main town of Kilkenny

Love the room and how quite is was even for year years and the staff was lovely to deal with and how clean the room was and how comfortable the bed was. And pat was very nice to chance room for one with a bath for my partner.

Location is perfect. Walking distance to Kilkenny Castle and the town centre. The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Varieties of choices. Free parking is provided in front of the property. Would stay here again.

Breakfast was very good great choice of fruits and yoghurt very nice fry up as well. The dining room was very comfortable and the lady on duty was very pleasant

Excellent breakfast and a large clean room. Host Pat was very welcoming. The location is perfect as it is opposite the Castle grounds, and you can walk into town in 5 minutes.
