Genuinely no words here, best place I've ever stayed and I've been to over 30 countries, kept the window in the living room open and got to hear a band play for a few hours which was great. Thanks again

This apartment is incredible, so new and so well laid out. The host is so nice, and accommodating. The beds were super comfortable as nice as a luxurious hotel. Thank you and we will visit again.

Unbeatable location, spacious, great decor and extremely clean. If available on my next trip to Kilkenny, would definitely choose to stay here again. Rafters across the street do an excellent breakfast.

My recent stay at the apartment in Kilkenny city was truly exceptional. The apartment was exactly as described and looked when booked, featuring two bedrooms and a massive modern kitchen, which was ideal for our family of four, consisting of two adults and two kids. The apartment was well-equipped with all the facilities we needed, including a washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board and iron, and a hair dryer. It was very modern and impeccably maintained, which explains why this place is rarely available. The location was another highlight, being slap bang in the middle of Kilkenny city. We had easy access to all the local attractions, shops, and restaurants, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Kilkenny; it offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and modern amenities. Some reviews complain of noise but why book a place in the middle of a bustling city if noise is an issue. The smaller of the 2 room was small but was adequate for our kids who hadn't any problems. The larger of the 2 rooms had an ensuite which was modern and clean. Excellent WiFi.
