I loved my stay. It's a charming place surrounded by nature. The breakfast is very generous and tasty, the rooms are clean and well-equipped, and there's parking available. The hostess is very attentive and friendly, always helping us and attentive to anything we needed. It was a lovely break. I definitely recommend it.

A unique place to stay — clean, tidy, and in a great location, all at a reasonable price. The host and their family were very friendly, and the breakfast was also plentiful and satisfying.

Lovely house, very clean and comfortable, rooms are new. Beautiful garden, fresh air in the morning, simply a nice place to stay. The hosts are very hospitable, breakfast was delicious, everything homemade. Totally recommend.

The apartments are very suitable for tourists who are looking for a place to stay near Vardzia. The space inside is small but cozy. The kitchen is shared and well equipped. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. It feels like we're in the village at grandma 's. They have an apiary, we bought a jar of delicious honey.

The best stay during my travel in Georgia. Very friendly householders, very tasty breakfast and comfortable room. When we came in the evening, we asked them to get a dinner and they made one. It was also amazing and tasty food. Totally recommend this place!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful place with my family (myself, my wife, and our three kids). The hosts were incredibly hospitable, the meals were absolutely delicious; we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast, which were prepared with fresh ingredients right from their beautiful garden. The honey, too, was exceptional—especially for gourmands like myself who appreciate honey in the comb. =) Overall, a memorable experience with excellent food and warm, welcoming hosts.

everything was amazing. I believe i can't say enough about this stay. The food, the surroundings, the people the location..best place i've ever stayed! The house is surrounded by fruit trees, blackberries.. We had fresh milk and fresh honey for breakfast and together with all the other delicious food that were freshly made, the experience was simply exceptional. Highly recommended!

Located less than 200 meters from the bridge to the road, where EVERY marshrutka driver from Akhaltsiche to Vardzia or vice versa will pick you up or drop you off on request, this remote accommodation in the countryside is surprisingly easy to reach with public transport. Far easier, in fact, than most accommodations that are located in cities. Trolley bags will do. The rooms are beautiful, clean and up to date. All five rooms share one big terrace that looks upon the most beautiful garden of our 3-weeks-7-accommodations-itinerary in Georgia. They serve vegetarian breakfast and dinner, all exclusively prepared from their own products, augmented with eggs, cheese, yogurt and their own honey. Their beehives are far away enough to avoid any encounter with their inhabitants. The owner is calm and friendly. The surrounding landscape is so far my personal favorite in Georgia. Idyllic. I could not try, however, if there are good paths for walking (i fell ill a few hours after arriving and thus could not leave the real estate until we had to leave the place for our flight going back home. My girlfriend and the other guests were fine and healthy, so i caught this infection somewhere else in Georgia, probably in Ushguli, where we had stayed until two nights before). Bee House is perfect to rest in the stunningly beautifull, biblic landscape of the Southern Mtkvari river valley and, most certainly, for moderate walks (the hills are not high). They told us we could also take a bath in the Mtkvari (they do). We hope to come back.

Something not mentioned in the property details is that the house is a two minute walk from the gorgeous Kira river that you can swim in. This was such a gorgeous surprise. We spent two afternoons by the river relaxing in bliss. Aside from that I urge you to eat dinner at the house too because the food is amazing.

Marvellous guesthouse surrounded by nature, Ana and her sister are very kind and our room was nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious!
