The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that the guest doing the check-in must be at least 18 years old. Guests are required to settle the full amount of their stay, 7 days before their arrival at the hotel to secure the booking.
Please note that the hotel does not accept third-party credit and debit cards. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel.
If you are making payment using another cardholder'ss credit card, please provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival: - Authorisation letter with cardholder's signature - Copy of cardholder, credit card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature)
Please note that the hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. For security reasons, credit cards used for non-refundable bookings must be presented upon check-in.

RWK is huge, vast area esp ideal for holding family function. It is old but relatively well-maintained. It is surprisingly clean and most things/facilities are in working orders.

The pool is amazingly big and deep (1.5m) for adults, and the kids' area is also very fun and safe. Our beds are bigger than the normal single-bed size. The bathtub is nice. Room was facing beach and pool, which was very pleasant. There is a restaurant which opens in the evening, we had our dinner there under the beautiful lights accompanied by the sound of the ocean. The food was worth the price.

The hotel is as usual as other hotels. But the thing I like about this resort is the swimming pool facility. I am quite impressed with the swimming pool and it is kids friendly. \My kids loved playing in the pool and they liked it. I have been here a few times and do not hesitate to come here again.

Location is great. Have private beach. Cafe also okay. Breakfast spread nothing special, but instead of nasi lemak like hotel normally have, they prepare nasi berlauk which is different. There's a room for kids activity which my child enjoy very much. When it's too hot to go to beach/pool, we go there instead. Overall very nice.

The room is well maintained. Better if the owner refurbish to make it new and appeal to a new generation of guests.
