We cannot predict the exact date and time of arrival at the apartment however it is between 08:00 am - 5:00pm (17:00) on the day the personnel arrive. The unit must be vacated for 10-15 minutes or guests must reside on the balcony during that 10-15 minutes time.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Located on west side, comfortable to get anywhere on the island in reasonable time (30min to 1.5hrs). Loads of swimming gear and beach chairs. 4 beach towels and enough shower towels for a week (for 2 people). Ice machine and fresh water built-in the fridge (Samsung).

We had a great time in the rented apartment. The access with a numeric code worked smoothly. The apartment is large and equipped with everything you need - toaster, coffee machine, blender, stove, microwave... We organized our own breakfast. Everything is very well organized. The communication with the landlord is great - you get an answer to any questions within a few hours. If we are ever back on Mauii, we will be happy to book an apartment in this complex again.

Great accommodation right in the beach. Very clean and had all the extras needed to have a fabulous stay. It’s a quiet block close to all the action in Kihei and has easy parking and facilities. Hosts are great communicators.
