“A great base for exploring Kigali with wonderful staff”

We stayed in a triple room which was huge and very clean with a great shower. The beds (two singles and a large double) all had mosquito nets, although we didn’t see a single mosquito while we were there! Big selection of tasty meals and drinks available from the restaurant and a nice view day and night, you can sit inside or outside and they were very understanding of food allergies. We felt completely safe at all times, including walking from the hotel to the centre and to the genocide memorial. Best of all were the staff, who were very friendly and helpful, including arranging transfers for us to and from the bus station (also providing assistance with purchasing bus tickets to Musanze), storing our luggage and teaching us some words in the local language. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was always a delight. Served a good variety. Came in shortest time from ordering. Gave a variety local and worldwide in one serving - local fruits and porridges as well as worldwide eggs and meats.

Excellent value for money. Staff were attentive without being over-bearing. Food was fabulous. Really enjoyed our time there and could easily have stayed longer if we didn't have other places to be.

Room was comfortable with mosquito net and hot water. Hotel is well located about 30mins walk from the genocide museum and with a great view. Breakfast included fruits, toast and choice of omelette. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel also contains restaurant and conference accommodation. I would stay again.

The staff were very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help. During my stay, they found me a guide with a car to take me around at very reasonable price compared to what the tourism company were charging.
