Staff were all lovely. Beds were comfortable.A/C and mosquito nets were very welcome.Shower was hot. Twin room was a great size.Breakfast was varied and decent quality.

I love the pick-up. They pick me up from the airport despite the delay. The location is very good and the staff are very polite and supportive. Alice, the receptionist, was extraordinary, supportive, and helpful. The breakfast was very delicious with different variety. Cleaners, the driver Bravo, and the restaurant staff were great. Very valuable hotel for money.

It was an exquisite continental breakfast that was very diverse. I enjoyed the fresh, natural juices of mango and oranges. Their porridge was another delicacy that was one of my favourites during my stay there.

The staff were friendly and helpful, a driver picks you up and drops you back to airport for free, buffet breakfast was amazing, the rooms were clean and comfortable

The staff were very helpful -- they helped me order taxis to various locations around the city, and were very accommodating to requests about our room. When I needed a safe place to leave my luggage on a return visit to Kigali (while i was waiting for a late flight), Henriette was only too willing to look after it....even until midnight. The hotel is in a wonderful area - safe and clean -- and within walking distance of the town center. The room itself was very spacious and quiet, and the shower was warm and powerful.
