The hotel is a little tired but the location is great and it was exactly what we needed for our stay in Kigali. Many people also seem to use the hotel as a longer term base for work, which was interesting to see! Breakfast is nice, although slightly slow, and it was helpful to have access to the kitchen too.

The staff were amazing and friendly and worked so hard to make me comfortable. A very cool bright pink toilet. A perfect location. I loved the space to have breakfast and sit and chill. This place was great value for money. Was very happy.

Very friendly and professional staff who provide excellent service. The entire facility is very clean and well kept. Located in a very nice neighborhood which is close to Kigali Convention Centre, one can actually walk. Taxis and motorcycles are easily available.

OMX hotel is in a perfect location in the heart of Kigali - one of Africa most beautiful, secured and greenest cities. Restaurants, shopping and barbershop are also nearby. And the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful too.

I had a great stay at OMX hotel. The staff was professional, kind and ready to go the extra mile to help. The rooms are simple but very clean, with confortable beds. The breakfast was excellent. The location too, in a very quiet area but at walking distance of tons of restaurants. I would happily come back. Thanks to Felix, Regis, Jane, Joy, Stanislas and all the others for their warm welcome !
