-All staff live onsite and all have tested negative.
-The property takes temperatures and require handwashing on arrival for any walk-in restaurant guests.
-All restaurant tables socially distanced spaced 2 meters apart.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Wonderful staff, amazing breakfast and very easy to get around from the hotel by taxi or mototaxi. Kigali doesnt have a real center but you can reach many cool areas easily and cheaply by mototaxi.

This is a lovely hotel, a short walk from the central business district. It's a great place to stay, and to eat in the evening - and the saltwater pool is pretty special! A free massage was offered during my stay, which was above and beyond! Breakfast is awesome!

Nice that the property had two pools, two restaurants, gym, spa facilities. Also had a nice communal lounge / dining space on each floor. Well kept gardens and lots of staff, including security.

The place is spectacular, really a little piece of heaven. Best hotel breakfast I've had in a while. The option to have someone make eggs for me on the spot and choose how to make it was wonderful. I'm very happy you have oat-milk (for coffee) which I have found hard to find in other places. The staff was very kind and accommodating.

The ambiance, the beautiful green vegetation, the beautiful African prints everywhere. Generally it was very beautiful. Unfortunately, cause of work I didnt get to spend much time at the hotel. I cant wait to be back.

Very pleasant staff, great location. The area has lots of trees so you can take a walk at any time of the day. Thanks to Cedric, Mavis, Janet, Erica and Benita who were always helpful and smiling. The breakfast was exceptional.
