Check-in was quick and efficient. We were assigned a room on the 14th floor with a stunning view of the city. The room was clean, and housekeeping was done daily. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. We would be delighted to visit this hotel again in the future.

Staff was very friendly with a quick check-in. They even offered us a room upgrade to a view overlooking the Church. Bed was very comfortable as well. We also asked for a crib for our baby and they brought one in excellent condition and even made her bed like a hotel bed.

The hotel is located in a nice area with different restaurants. It was easy to get a taxi to my work destination. The room is comfortable, with a pleasant view. Minibar available, comfortable bed, tea and coffee facility and bottle of water, wifi working fine. Breakfast buffet on 3d floor has different variety of salty and sweet options, coffee machine. I tried also the restaurant for dinner and I must say I was satisfied. Bar on ground floor also good service.

Excellent location, close to everything. Very clean room. Bomb shelter which is very important now in Kyiv, good security. The hotel staff was great, from receptionist to cleaners and technicians, all very politely, nice and kind people.

Despite the difficult situation with the electricity, the hotel was able to provide it around the clock. The room was always clean as it was cleaned daily. The staff was always friendly and approachable.
