The hotel and its staff are doing a fantastic job during a very difficult time in Ukraine, everyone went out of their way to make sure your stay was as normal as could be expected during this period, special mention to Sergey the concierge for all his help and the houskeeping crew who left me tons of water and soaps.

excellent breakfast , thats a real bonus for this hotel. Also the gym is rather well equiped, but manual for using the equipment should also be available in English, not only in Ukrainian

Everything was very good. Perfect breakfast , very nice room , perfect bath. very nice experience with the reception. There is nice bar at the lobby where they serve the best coffee I ever tasted.

Good location and very good underground bomb shelter with wifi, lights and toilets. Hotel has its own generator.
