The lady at reception made the visit. She was polite and friendly despite our language barrier. She is the reason I will try to return!

Location was ideal to meat with colleagues who live and work local. The Hotel l way of a very good standard and not too big or to small.

The breakfast was small but sufficient, some choice but I am not a big breakfast eater normally so it was adequate for the day ahead.

Friendly, helpful staff, they cleaned the room every day, brought fresh towels, shower gels, soap etc.. They even brought the breakfast into our room every day. The room was very nice, well equipped, super clean and comfy. The hotel's localization is excellent; there is a non-stop supermarket next to the hotel and Obolon metro station is also close to it.
