The lady who works there is very friendly. It's best to use a translator app if you don't speak Ukrainian. I managed with my bad Ukrainian. Within walking distance to the central train station and a big bus station. Shops, bars, restaurants nearby.

The price of the hotel is very cheap. The sheets and coverings are very clean. Very close to the railway station.
