The hotel staff was very helpful and nice and made our stay very pleasant! Everything was spotlessly clean and they are abiding by COVID rules, so we felt very safe during our stay. The room was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. There is a big mall across the street with clothing stores, an enormous grocery store, exchange office, cinema, ice rink, arcade and restaurants. Speaking of restaurants, the room service in the hotel is great!
