Location is perfect for those who wants to see Kyiv and enjoy its atmosphere. There are lots of famous spots near here. Breakfast is really good and there are wide variety of choices.

The location at Independence Square is amazing, and the price for that location was fantastic. Very close to the metro station, and a very easy check in and check out process. The free buffet breakfast was very nice as well.

Room was good size with own bathroom, shower and bath Clean , all you need Free breakfast was good and lots to chose from Restaurant was good and prices were great Elevator was a bit slow and clunky but it got me to my room on the 7th floor Not really a view from my room , I could only see McDonald's in Independence Square Location is great , walk straight out to Independence Square, metro and shops at Globus After staying in Hostels it was nice to have a big comfy double bed It would be nice if there was a bottle of water in room but there is a cafe/snack bar on 1st floor Room service is available but no phones in rooms You have to use your own phone but not sure you will get someone that speaks English All in all , it was pretty good and I would stay there again Staff at reception spoke English and were very helpful Lady ordered me a taxi and wrote down taxi REGO and what Model car and colour

Friendly staff, some spoke English. Breakfast is good with excellent selection available and you are not rushed. Great location. Bed very comfortable.

I mainly liked the location. I was hesitant because some people complained that it had a Soviet style, but that's part of the past of Ukraine, we cannot change it. In my case, I enjoyed my time there. I wanted to extend, but they only had more expensive rooms available.
