First thing I want to mention is people - all ladies at the front desk are very polite, helpful and friendly. Other good things are wonderful location, it’s very clean, I liked the antique style.

The receptionists are amazing. I just came on night train from Lviv and booked on moments notice. Despite that they provided me an early checkin so I could rest up.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Since I was a long-term guest, I got to know the front desk staff pretty well, and they knew me. They upgraded me to a slightly bigger room, which was much appreciated. I also like that there's water and fresh apples available to guests. The place is close to many major tourist sites, and it's right across from a beautiful park. It is kinda tricky getting in, so make sure to call the number in front of the gate. (You can't just walk into the lobby area).
