Location was good, you can go city centre by tram(number 14,15) or you can walk 15 min to Beresteiska station. Building was good as shown in the picture. Price is reasonable. I would recommend it to everyone.

This place is great, self catering apartment/room with everything needed to stay in Ukraine. Small kitchen, kettle, fridge, washing machine, WiFi, tv, Drying horse, air conditioning and ironing board, plates, cups and cutlery are all included. Clean and well maintained, well our little all in one was. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the shipping centres and Kiev city. 24/7 shop in parade of shops(and other)under hotel/inn, also shop on site too. And the best thing is at our time of booking its cheap per night or for a stay. This will probably be my base for my stays in Ukraine for now on. Loved it.

It’s ok if someone staying for more than 7 days because there is a washing machine and a stove so it’s handy to cook your own meal sometimes ,it’s close to the tram station and supermarkets.but they don’t provide washing powder or soap or shampoo also the staff wasn’t helpful enough the blond short hair cleaner/ staff wasn’t nice to us very rude she says no in her language for anything and nasty if you ask nicely about new towels instead of the wet one, they will say we only give new towels every 4 days 😟 so you gonna suffer from dirty room and dirty towels and bedsheets all this period, t v remote doesn’t work the bed is cracked and it’s been fixed so it makes a lot of noise when you turning from side to side at night . The rooms not sound proof I could clearly hear what the other people saying or doing anything in the other room . You wake up all the time even in the middle of the night from door banging that makes you sleepless 😞 .
