Friendly staff, Restaurant with a beautiful view of the city, super comfortable room, super attentive receptionists. I've been to every 5-star hotel in Kyiv and I assure you this is the best.

I spend much of my life on the road, staying in hotels around the world, but the best service is always at 11 Mirrors. Nothing is too much bother for the staff who are always generous in looking after me when i stay. Thank you!

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, and as a frequent traveler, that’s saying something. The staff are kind, the service is excellent, and the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The food is great, and the location is ideal. It’s also incredibly pet-friendly, making my furry friend feel just as welcome. They even remembered my birthday, which I had forgotten, and celebrated with me! Highly recommend!

I have been in many high-end hotels all over the world and none of them has had the service level, comfort and the amazing experience that we have had at 11 Mirrors. The design is amazing, the staff is very professional and service-minded, the food at the restaurant is fantastic, location is perfect. A great experience i would gladly recommend to anyone.
