The staff were very friendly. I was told when we arrived we had an upstairs room, but I thought on booking I'd requested a ground floor room. Our room was changed to a ground floor one without a hassle. The room was small, but it was as I expected

Bed was very comfortable. Aircon was wonderful. Complementary water in fridge was a nice touch. The room was very clean. Lots of hot water in shower.

Big window with lovely leafy outlook.. Really clean and fresh feeling inside. Also well supplied - including free bottled water in the fridge, selection of tea, coffees and milk, decent wine glasses, iron and ironing board. Also liked the location - close enough to walk to restaurants and beach, but not right in the hustle.

The room had the facilities we needed, with the bed and bathroom being relatively clean. The location of the accommodation was within walking distance to the Kiama Blowhole, the local beaches and the shopping area.
