An incredible place with the best staff. From the moment you arrive, you feel like you’re in a little paradise. In the middle of nowhere, this beautiful place awaits. The staff was not only kind, but went above and beyond to make us feel truly welcome and safe. During dinner, they surprised us with something so thoughtful that it became one of the most touching moments of the trip. I definitely recommend this place — it’s worth the journey. We traveled with two small children, and the staff did everything they could to ensure we slept comfortably. We’ll be back!

Setting amongst giant granite boulders truly amazing. Day trip to track desert-adapted elephants was very good (although if the elephants are nearby it may be worth just booking a half day trip). also sundowner trip well worth it (ancient rock art etc). Food excellent standard and facilities including pool great. The breeze also helped at night in absence of air conditioning (so heat not too much of a problem). Google maps gets you there perfectly (contrary to previous reviews saying otherwise). Would highly recommend.

Blew us away! The most beautiful serene place, outstanding facilities, brilliant staff and we all just felt very lucky to be there. We went elephant tracking and the guide was an absolute expert and gave us an unforgettable experience. Would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you all.

great location, very stylish bungalows (in between tent and bungalow), great restaurant and cafe buildings in round form with a lot of fresh air, the colours of the buildings perfectly match the colours of the surrounding nature, great view of Brandberg, good food

It was absolutely magical. The whole location is stunning very glamorous. The only downside was the smoke at 5:30 am. My husband did not understand that they had to light the fires and he thought we were in distress.

Out of all the places in Namibia this was our favourite. The location of the lodge is spektakular!!! The highlight was the tour with Alfred seeing the desert elephants. His knowledge and passion for the elephants and the area (he was born here ) was such an inspiration and we were all touched by his love of home. A memory we will treasure forever. If you are considering this place - just go!!! A memory of a lifetime if you like wilderness.

Ondjamba Hills is self-proclaimed in the middle of nowhere. It's a lovely location as a getaway and a stop-off to/from Swakopmond. The views from our room (and all rooms?) were great. The route to the camp is a track, but perfectly fine for a 4x4 or even a normal car with car. It was a better route than the directions made out. The rooms are part building part tent, but very comfortable. Various activities are on offer. We didn't do any of the drives - but doubt they have large amounts of animals (compared to Etosha). We did do the hiking activity with Alfred who is a local guide and was absolutely fantastic. Ask to go up the nearby hill.

An outstanding place to stay. The tents are very comfy and offer amazing views. The staff was extraordinary and always happy to help or have a chat. The lodge also offers a few activities which was nice to get to know the surroundings. We stayed 4 nights which seemed above average but we didn't regret it a bit since there is so much to discover around such as the Brandberg and Spitzkoppe.
