イチャンカラのメインエリアからも近く、お部屋もキレイでオススメです！スタッフは穏やかで優しい方でした。 宿泊中色々と気遣ってくれて、とてもお世話になりました。次回もまた利用したいです。 LOVED our time in this hotel, and indeed in Khiva. Will definitely visit again (inshallah) and will definitely stay in this hotel. Located inside the city walls of "Old Khiva" (Ichan-Qаl'а), about 200 metres from the main gate and the lovely sights to behold - and very near our favourite restaurant in all of Uzbekistan, Terassa - it really couldn't be any better. The staff could not have done any more to make us comfortable and happy. We were met at the Khiva Station (free of charge) we were given tea to welcome us in, and our every request (corkscrew, charger-adaptor, whatever) was met with a smile and immediately accomodated. Seems we booked a stay that didn't include breakfast. No matter, we were welcomed into the home of the family that own the hotel and served breakfast there, free of charge! The hotel was happy to book a tour of the old fortresses - a few hours drive away - and to give us recommendations of all sorts. We were even given the private WhatsApp of the gentleman who dealt with us. It felt like he was at our beck and call and that our happiness was his greatest concern. A true gentleman. Couldn't have been any happier with our stay at this hotel. Can't wait to visit again.

Very nice hotel in the middle of the old city and very close to all main attractions! The rooms are rather small but very nice decorated and clean. The roof top terrasse is lovely - you get your breakfast there - you can see over the old city. Everything is in walking distance. They bring and pick you up from the trainstation. And can organise trips. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. Very good restaurants very close. Very lovely hotel - I would always stay there again!

Really good location and lovely design, in the heart of Khiva, but quiet and calm too. Helpful with taxi booking for an airport transfer. Excellent value.

Nice and clean hotel with a wonderful terrace. Good breakfast. The host Ali is very welcoming and supporting, able to organise perfect trips, transfers and visits in the nearby attractions. We would come back.

The terrace to meet a sunset over the Khiva Old City and to have a breakfast is amazing. We stayed just for one night and, apparently, were alone in the hotel. So, there were only we two on the hotel terrace in the evening. The personnel suggested us tea on the terrace. So, it was really a pretty evening. As we have seen from the hotel roof, there are only three guest houses in the Old City with their own terraces, and this hotel is one of them. Concerning facilities, the design of the hotel is simple but cosy; there is just a minimum in the room; and toilet, shower, sockets, a conditioner, lightining, and wi-fi are working. The personnel is friendly. Clean.

The manager/receptionist was very friendly and helpful with the taxi rental and tips about the city attractions. We also had interesting chats with him about the local history. Very enjoyable atmosphere in this family-owned business. Don't miss the sunset on the the top of the bulding !
