The room was large and airy, with comfortable beds and a good bathroom. Everything was very clean. Very quiet, in a secluded part of the old town. Very good homemade local breakfast. The host family was very nice and helpful.

As seen on the map this hotel is right in the historic beautiful, touristic city center. That makes it a perfect place for tourists who are 'on foot'. Arrive by taxi, walk 200 meters and check in. The room was perfect, an excellent stay for people who like to go out. Two beds and a perfectly functioning and super clean bathroom. No chairs so not really for people who want to be in their hotel room a lot, but then this location also makes it impossible to stay inside unless you really need to sleep. Sagarda the receptionist and hotel manager was extremely kind, a lovely person that was sincerely helping us with our inquiries about the town and further travels. She didn't hurry for payment and also offered a clothes washing service. All very good. Thanks a lot!

When you are traveling, you need good people around you. In Azim ota they are. It is not only extra clean, newly reconstructed (but original) and comfortable hotel with a good breakfast in the very historical center of Khiva, but it is a home, where good, polite and kind people live. Thank you for tea, watermelons, accommodation and everything. This is probably the best accommodation in ancient Khiva. You can park a car in front of the hotel. There is a nice sitting place as well.

It is a family owned guest house. The whole family members are friendly. So as their kitten Waska. The guest house is inside the castle and nearby the places of interest.
