Exceptional location aside, it's a lovely family-run place. Rooms are equipped with all one may need. Breakfast is tasty. If you choose to stay there, i’d recommend using a translator app as communication may be challenging. Otherwise, comes recommended.

The staff coooperation, good breakfast by the madam (4 freshly cooked eggs!!), but the icing on the cake is the Location - exteremely close to the Ata Dorvaza (or main gate) and the 'Kalta Minor' and not too far from the main center.

Great guesthouse, the owners are super nice and the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay with good internet. Great breakfast in the morning and very central within the walls! Would recommend staying here!

Very nice guesthouse, in the heart of Khiva, run by a very nice family. It is quiet, very comfortable and we felt very nice. The breakfast was very good. We would live to come again.

The location of the guesthouse is great, within the walls of the old town, very close to the west gate so not too far to leave to explore the rest of Khiva outside the walls too. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and made us feel very comfortable. The room itself was perfect for what we needed, very clean, fresh and bright, with a good ensuite. The breakfast was tasty, and good for days spent walking and seeing the sights of Khiva. Tours and other activities can be organised through the guesthouse to explore the region, including bike rental - we didn't stay for long enough to do any tours but they covered all types of interests which we would have taken up if we had longer.
