We can't reccomend this hotel enough! Our stay was perfect. Everything was clean and tidy, the breakfast was very good, every day we were asked at what time we'd like to have our breakfast, we could even make some changes to it. We asked for brown bread and more fruit. The family running the hotel was so nice! Very helpful throughout our stay, once when we were sitting on a bench outside in the evening, they gave us blankets to keep us warm. When we were leaving, they let us stay in our room until 4pm, so we could wait for our train. The location is also very good, there are 3 very reasonably priced restaurants around, and almost no tourists, because all of them are within the walls. The walls are just 100 meters from the hotel, so getting to the old city is not an issue at all.

The location is just outside the KHIVA wall on the side of the main city gate. The entrance to the old city is a 3-minute walk away. The accommodation is nestled in a very well-kept and pleasant park, very safe even in the evening coming home around midnight. The room is basic but clean, the best thing is the hospitality of the lady and her daughter. We had a great time, always available to book us cabs if needed and recommend places to see. The breakfast is typical and very good. We loved our stay here. Super suggested!! 😊🥰

10 minute walk to old town but in quiet area. Plenty of local cafes to eat at very reasonable prices. Simple room which suited my needs.
