It's a really nice place, and the family are very friendly. The room is spacious, plenty of hot water. Generous breakfast. Right in Kiva old town.

Good location inside the city walls, clean facilities, amicable staff. Recommended for travelers who are not looking for 5 stars hotels but convenient and clean solutions. Nothing negative to say about it, would come back again if in the city again.

A charming, small, clean and new family-run hotel/guesthouse. Staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Room is large and comfortable. Breakfast is abundant, and there is a big hot water dispense and tea/coffee 24hrs. Location is great - inside the walled city, but in a quieter corner with little to no noise or traffic. Recommended.

Everything! They are running a house-like facility but how they do is more professional than many so-called hotels in entire Uzbekistan. I have nothing to complain 10/10

The hotel was in a quiet location, but still close to the main sights. The owners were welcoming and extremely helpful. An amazing breakfast too!!
