Small comfortable hotel in the middle of the old town, literally next door to all the points of interest. Modern design with a local touch. Cozy, but most importantly very clean room and bathroom.

Everything was great. Overall very comfortable. The room was warm, spacious, clean and well-equipped. The location is easy to find and convenient to all major sights. Generous buffet breakfasts. Personalized attention from the friendly host. Recommended in every way.

Fantastic location in the center of old town! Very friendly and caring staff, reception team spoke great English. Breakfast had lots of options and also the restaurant was delicious - plus with a breathtaking view over the city!

Very helpful manager Mr. Otabek, excellent location, impossible to get lost in the city. We recommend the apartment number 118, quite confortable and give us a wonderfull sight to one of city main atraction, the Islam Khoja Minaret. Sandra & Luiz

Fantastic hotel with the best terrace overlooking 2 famous minarets, madrasa and the whole city of Khiva a world Unesco heritage city. This is the best location to walk around the city during the day or even at night (no need of a car). Room is cleaned, wifi is good, personnel is very professional. There is also a restaurant on the terrace, from where you can enjoy the sunset over the beautiful city. To reach Khiva from Bukhara, we took a day tour car transfer from Islambek agent stopping at 8 different fortresses. This worths it and avoids to waste time in the train between Boukhara and Khiva (as our number of days in Uzbekistan was very limited). Once in Khiva, there are plenty of guides available and the hotel can help you to find one if needed. The walking tour of the city lasts 4-5 hours.

Unquestionably great location smack in the center of the old town center of Khiva. Friendly and helpful staff. The internet worked fine. The included breakfast was ok. The room was clean. Was happy to have stayed here!

Excellent room at New Minor (triple, for 2p., exceptionally with fridge, upgraded due to noise of works in the roof top), all perfect. Perfect position. Excellent quality/price ratio. Breakfast good in the Minor Hotel in front. Watch the prices for services and exchange rates, you can find better. Restaurant in the roof top of Minor hotel in front good, but beware the prices with unwritten 20% service charge (the highest in Uzbekistan). Arrogant owner/manager. If you go to Dilnura Café (outside old city walls) you spend half with excelent Khiva plates.

A good clean room, polite staff, tasty breakfast. The hotel is located in the historic center. There are a lot of different lights in a room. Wi-fi was fast.
