This local family run B&B in the old city of Khiva is excellent and amazing value for the quality of the room, level of comfort and location. The friendliness and helpfulness of the owners was a real bonus.

This is a very friendly, B&B/Guesthouse in a great location. The rooms and facilities are as you would expect with the Breakfast particularly good! Everything fresh and cooked to order. The owners are lovely, very helpful and speak excellent English.

The location was right with Itchon Kala. It was very close to the main centre and to all the structures around Itchon Kala. The breakfast was wholesome. Since we were vegetarians, Meros prepared a special vegetarian breakfast spread with fruits, fried potatoes, rice, salad for our breakfast. They even allowed us to use their kitchen to cook our food and to heat our food too. They were extremely hospitable and all we had to do was asking for anything we wanted. We also weren't feeling too well on one of the days, as we had a hectic travel schedule and they took care of us and even gave us medicines as we forgot to carry a specific one from home. It felt like home.

We loved everything about our stay. We had a beautiful room with balcony. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. They were very reliable with organising pick up from the Turkmenistan border. Breakfast was very good. Location was great! In the old city, just 3 min walk from the centre. A good restaurant around the corner (Terrace Restaurant).

The perfect place from which to explore Ichan Kala. Lovely B&B and friendly owner. Breakfast & rooftop dinner were enjoyable with attentive staff. Would definitely recommend for those visiting Khiva.

I have to say big thanks to our hostel for helping us in so many ways -The airline lost our baggage, and we didn't speak the local language, we were so worried, but our hostel helped us to communicate with the airport staff and help us to get our baggage, I really appreciated their kind help. The location is perfect, close to one of the gates, and only 2 mins to walk to the center. The balcony has an alarming view at night; Also, I had the best breakfast here during my trip.
