The hotel owner was incredibly kind and always available at the front desk, whether it was morning or night. Their thoughtful gestures made our trip truly enjoyable and fulfilling. They were happy to assist with requests such as arranging taxis to other areas, and the rooms were impeccably clean. The owner frequently checked in on us and was consistently friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent, and when we couldn’t have breakfast before our Aral Sea tour, they prepared a lunch box for us. Even when we caused a bit of inconvenience, they responded graciously. This is truly an outstanding hotel, and I highly recommend it.

The owners are the nicest people. They make sure your stay is absolutely the best. Very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, nice walk from the train station. A very beautiful and comfortable place.

The location of the hotel is amazing. It is also extremely beautiful, clean and cozy. But above all the staff is absolutely incredible. They helped us out with everything and were very ling and thoughtful to us. If I ever come back to Khiva I know where to go! The best place in town

The location is fantastic as the hotel is in the old city. The hospitality is warm and attentive. The view of the minaret from our balcony was wonderful.

Beautiful family run hotel, exceptionally clean and we had two wonderful rooms adjacent to each-other, with balconies overlooking the famous tower, which was great to find way back easily. Breakfast was great and varied. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Fully recommend!

Hospitality, Sooo clean, location, Kindness of Siyovush, my frend was experiencing some stomach problems and they prepard something to eat and feel better without charging it. I have no words to express my gratitude. Great Breakfast also.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Siyovush is a very friendly hotel manager who makes guests feel welcome. The room was exceptional, extremely clean and I was lucky to have a beautiful balcony view of the minaret. The breakfast was brilliant, a wide range of food. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location is great as you get to see and experience the quietness of the old town when the tourist groups are not there. They also organised a taxi to Urgench airport. This is a perfect authentic Uzbek experience.
