The hosts were amazing. Very friendly and felt like we were welcomed to their home. The breakfast was extensive and included some freshly made manti. The room was cosy and the guest house is located in the old town.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was very pleasant and clean, and the breakfast plentiful and delicious. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was very central and convenient inside Inchan Kala.

Despite arriving well before the official check-in time, our host made us welcome with tea and snacks. We had a full day seeing amazing Khiva. Our host got up early to serve us a fantastic breakfast before we left early for Urgench. Friendly, fantastic location, great food. Thank you.

Breakfast was amazing. The place is walkable distance to main street of ichan kala but still it is quiet. the family is very welcoming. our room was really spacious.

This family-run guest house is just a few steps away from the heart of Khiva, still within the city walls. The hosts are very welcoming and kind, making us feel right at home. The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The breakfast was also good and varied. I also appreciated that the room was cleaned every day. Free tea, water, and coffee are also available. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Khiva Ibrohim Guesthouse. The family are absolutely lovely, genuine people and we felt very welcome and at home. 4/5 minutes walk to the old town. lovely big rooms, very clean. excellent breakfast. They even offer a potato peeler as a bottle opener ;)

The owner and his family were so friendly, kind and very welcoming. The location was perfect and very quiet, located inside the Old City Walls. They prepared a very delicious breakfast for us. The most important thing, the owner and his family were very honest. One of my friend accidentally left her handbag at the house. We only realized when we already at the Khiva train station. The owner was very kind to help us kept the bag while waiting for us to come and get the bag. Nothing was missing. Insha Allah we will come again.

You feel like home, at this place and part of the very friendly and helpful family. Could be as we speak both English and russian language. Rich and very tasty breakfast. Sparkling clean.
