Located in Ichan Kala - very close to the Kalta Minor and West Gate. This guesthouse is run by a wonderful family (not all of whom speak English). Our room was spacious, clean and looked new. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great (good pressure and hot water). Breakfast was plentiful although we didn't do justice to it. They didn't clean our rooms or change our towels - but we didn't ask them to.

It’s a small family-run hotel in the inner city of Khiva. The room was very clean and quiet and the staff is very polite and helpful. They also helped us get a taxi to Bukhara. I would certainly recommend this hotel.
