Great location, clean accommodations, comfortable bed and generally quiet. Very helpful staff though we had to use a translator for english. Tea, coffee, water and a few sweets were available 24-hours.

Centraly located B&B in old tpwn, close to all atraction. Tasty breakfast. Clean room, friendly staff always ready to halp You. Hope to back here again.

The owners were super nice and offered a very cool place to stay! The room was very clean and had an amazing location close to many sights. I really liked the breakfast area upstairs.

Lovely quiet little B&B within the old town area. Cosy and confortable room, excellent elevated terrace, and superb locaction. Breakfast was substantial and filling, staff were friendly and obliging, and ur being able to use the kitchen to prepare simple meals was a bonus. Recommended.

This is a super place to stay when in Khiva - it’s very centrally located yet quiet, the room I had was great, just off the terrace. It was easy to pop back and relax on the terrace when the day got too hot. The place has a lovely and relaxed atmosphere. The family who run it is very friendly and helpful although no English is spoken. Great breakfast is served at a time that suits you

The location is great, 5 minutes to the main attractions. The room and the bathroom were both very clean and the bed comfy. Breakfast is great with a lot of fruits.

It’s a traditional guest house in the heart of Khiva’s castle. The atmosphere is great and the staff is very kind. Basically, if you come for a couple of days looking for spending most of your time wandering along the narrow streets of Khiva, without paying a lot - that is the right place. And yes the breakfast is included and absolutely gorgeous!

The place is in the middle of historical Khiva, they have a nice terasse were you can rest in the evening and they serve the breakfast here. They pick You up from Urgench airport for 15 USD. This is a perfect place to stay in Khiva for a very reasonable price.
