Exactly as displayed on the site. Clean and cozy rooms, clean bathrooms as well. The hotsts are very sweet. The breakfast served was scrumptious. Would love to come back.

We spent a wonderful 2 days at Abdulla and his kind family. The location is perfect just in the heart of the Itchan Kala, all historical sights can be easily reached in a 1-5 minutes of walk. The room is very cozy and clean and corresponds to the description and photos of the accomodation. The family is very kind and helpful. The traditional uzbekh breakfast was amazing and delicious. Thank you for making us feel like home.

The property is inside itchan kala so the location is very convenient and easy to reach. The facade of the property is of a traditional home, which is very appealing. The room was spotless and warm and we had 3 single beds. The breakfast served to us in the morning was amazing and very delicious. The family owning the guesthouse helped us with change for the taxi, helped book the taxi the morning we left and even came to see us off, which was very warm of them. My daughter loved playing with the two little kids on the property. This has been the one property we stayed at in Uzbekistan which has been very prompt in replying to messages on whatsapp and booking.com which I feel is essential for peace of mind when travelling with family. They accommodated our request to stay on the ground floor so my mum didn't have to climb stairs. We loved the place and would surely recommend and come again.

We had a very good time. Room is clean, inside the walled city with a very good breakfast. The family was great and allowed us to check in earlier and check out late. Also, we had a day tour to the desert organized by the family and it was very nice.

Great location! You in the middle of the ancient city!!! Very clean, everything is both authentic and in good condition. The terrace with good view. The breakfast is great: pancakes, jam, omlet, fruits - and you eat it on pleasant terrace!

This place is trully exceptional. Family run with attention to guests well being. Breakfast was amazing, especially the crepes and yoghurt. Wonderful terrace with a nice view. Very next to all tourist spots in Khiva. Thank you so much for having us and taking this amazing care of us, Abdulla!
