The owner and employees of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. They immediately answered every question we asked them and helped us. The hotel was newly built and everywhere was very clean. The restaurant part was very cool and the breakfast was very pleasant. Also, the location in the castle was very close to everywhere. When you go to Hiva, you should definitely stay here.

Great location within Ichan Qala (the old city), helpful and friendly personnel, the room had good standard, interior and comfort, including the bathroom. Great value for money. The breakfast room has beautiful interiors and there are enough variety of food. I would definitely like to come back.

The location was very good -- it was in the hapenning place , as all the sites were within walking distance. The staff members were very good & helpful. This, to us , was the best hotel we stayed at Uzbekistan. Thanks for your help. Warm regards, P K Roy

Extremely clean, great rooms with modern facilities, staff were friendly, the rooftop terrace was amazing to sit on during sunset, very short walk away from all attractions - amazing stay! The receptionist even gave us some food as a packed lunch for our train ride the next day which was very thoughtful
