Staff very professional and friendly, this hotel is cozy, completely new and rooms are extremely clean. We had the pleasure to meet one of the owners that spent some time with us showing from the roof terrace the beauty of Hiva. The old town is letterally 5 minutes walking distnace and close to the hotel you can find restaurants and shops. We are planning to go back to Khiva with our children and we will definitely stay here.

This is an excellent property for the elderly. If you request the management to provide you a room at the lower floor you will not have to go up and down any stairs which is an issue and other hotels here. Furthermore, my room was equipped with bathroom handles that make the life of someone who’s older and age much more comfortable and safer. This is super close to the actual historic city. The staff were helpful and there were always trying to go out of their way to support and provide any assistance needed. Highly recommended!

The location on a quiet alley, only 5' walk to the main entrance to the Old City. Tim, our host, was super friendly and accommodating. The size of the room (suite) was very good). Breakfast was also of good quality.

This hotel is a great choice for an accommodation in Khiva. The hotel is new, clean and nicely arranged. Very nice, polite and helpful staff. They can arrange your transportation or store your lagguage. Rich and tasty breakfasts. Hotel is close to the historic center of Khiva, 5 minutes on foot. Hotel has a nice rooftop with a great view. Additionally, the hotel owner invited us to a themed evening with Uzbek culture, which was a great experience. I recommend this place :)
