Beautiful guest house within the walled city of Khiva. Lovely room, comfortable beds, hot water and clean bathrooms. Owner Mr. Shokir is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast spread was homemade and with very good variety. specially the homemade jam, breads and Paklava

An incredibly warm authentic guest house in the Old Town of Khiva. The host Mr. Orzu as well as his family members are there to help at any time. If you need any tips regarding Khiva or come up with a spontaneous idea to visit some additional historical sites around Khiva, Mr. Orzu can also assist with the arrangements. Good Uzbek breakfast and genuine family-like experience included.

The location was an easy 8 minute walk to the centre. The room was great and the house was super clean and well looked after. The breakfast is simple, but good. It's a family run guest house and done very well.

I arrived at the Guest House Orzu in the evening after a very exhausted and long road trip from Moynaq. I was very dehydrated and wasn't feeling well at all, but I knew immediately that the owners would take care of me. They provided a doctor and fed me well and checked on me regularly right until I left for Bukhara. I could not thank them enough. This place is genuinely like a second home. Shakir and his family are lovely, kind, attentive and helpful. The house is beautiful with inner courtyard I couldn't use at the time because it was a bit cold. The house is inside Itchan Kala just two minutes from all the main sights of Khiva. I stayed two nights but not enough and I will definitely come back to Khiva and Guest House Orzu. Katta rahmat!

Guest house in a great location, right next to Tosh-Hovli Palace. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast very good with home-made products. The owner very friendly and helpful. We had a really nice time.

Very friendly and attentive host. Close to the main attractions without being so close that you're disturbed by noise. You can walk from the station, about 1 km. Clean room, good water pressure, cosy guesthouse and good breakfast.

Ideal location in the old town, and very close to all the sightseeing points and main street, but far enough to be quiet. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Mattresses were very, very hard, which we like, and were comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty and freshly cooked.
