This was our favorite stay during our month trip in Uzbekistan. This place really didn't disappoint. It's a former Madrasah, turned into an amazing hotel, the room was super spacious and we had the biggest bathroom of our trip, even with a big bathtub. The bedroom is pretty decorated, with everything you need: chairs, table, drawers, enough plugs to charge your devices and the bed is so comfortable! The best part is how beautifully the room's original layout was integrated into a modern hotel room. The different lights in the bedroom give a very romantic atmosphere, it's perfect for couples! Very friendly staff, who offer their help with everything. Cozy areas to sit in the courtyard. PERFECT location right in the heart of the old town, everything walkable. Nice breakfast. We LOVED this place.

I’m really glad I chose this hotel. I last minute messaged them asking if someone can pick me up at the airport- the owner of the hotel came to pick me up at 10:30pm. Arrived at the hotel around 11:20ish pm. The hotel is very clean, no dust and well kept. The mattress and sheets look and smell clean. The bathroom (toilet and shower) are also clean. They provide soap, shower gel, and shampoo. Face towel and body towel are also provided. The heater and air conditioner works very well. TV was there but I did not use it. WiFi has good connection. My room was facing the street but I did not hear any noise at all. I had a good sleep. Overall my stay was comfortable. The food is great. They prepared pancakes, porridge, eggs (boiled and fried), bread, different cheese, fruits, etc. They have a decent option of meal you can choose from. The staff are very good. They’re very friendly and polite. Almost everyone I met has decent level of English, so there was no language barrier. On my second day, someone came over to clean my room, took out my trash, and gave me new sets of towels (even though I had not requested it), which I really appreciate. The hotel is also at the center of everything which was sooooo good. If you are out and about and need to use the toilet you can easily come back to your room then go out again. If I were to go back to Khiva, I would probably book this hotel again.

Very good airport pick up and transfer. They even started the buffet breakfast at 6:45am so that we can catch early morning flight. Facilities were in good condition. Perfect location in the center of Khiva old town.

The location is absolutely perfect: in the middle of the old town. The room is big and quiet with plenty of space and a large bathroom. It feels very special to be able to stay in an old madrassah. In the middle of summer the A/C worked wonders and always kept the room cool. Breakfast was good, with a decent selection. Our flight into Urgench was cancelled due to the airport temporarily closing, but the hotel arranged cheap transportation from the much further Nukus airport for us. Much appreciated. We stayed for three nights, which is plenty to see all the sights of Khiva. In a cooler season two nights would probably have been enough.

Location location location. Staying in a piece of history. Mohammed Feruz khan reigned for 46 years by popular demand so it was amazing to stay in a piece of history. Large rooms. Large bathrooms. Decent coffee at breakfast. Beautiful courtyard. Considerate and kind staff. They gave my son a birthday cake on the morning of his birthday.

Everything was great. Centrally located in the old city. Restaurants, ATM, museums nearby. Great staff, very helpful. Breakfast was huge and very nice.

The hotel is a real living museum and is is perfectly located at walking distance from the main sites to be visited in the city. The rooms are spacious, as well as the bathroom and extremely clean. The staff has been more than kind: beside the very helpful people at the reception, also the management has been extremely helpful: we wanted to see the fortresses in the desert and the two guides that we previously booked were not so professional (one asked lore money because we were not Uzbek and the other thought that we were having to pay for the transportation on top of his service. We asked some help at the reception who contacted the manager: in 5 minutes he found the transportation at a very convenient price. The breakfast is very rich and punctually served.
