Ideal location, about 100 meters from the gates of Khiva and within a few minutes' walk to two excellent local restaurants. The brothers who manage the hotel provide an excellent quality of service. They are discrete but very attentive.

Great little hotel right in front of the entrance into the old city Cozy rooms with all the amenities like aircon and bathrooms Staff was very friendly, they helped us with transfer from urgench airport and taxi to Khiva

This place was exceptional! Definitely a go-to if you are going to Khiva. Best location, very nice breakfasts, spacious room for two, and helpful staff. I also booked a two way taxi from/to airport, which is truly reliable, careful driver, nice and clean cars.

We really enjoyed staying at Caravan Sarai. The hotel is located in walking distance to all mayor sights although it sits right outside the inner city walls of Khiva. The building tells a history of an old Madrassa and the rooms have been decorated lovely to keep the character of the building alive. The staff was always very kind and helped us to organize a transfer to Bukhara with some stops at the ancient fortresses like Ayas Kala on the way. The price was very fair for two people considering the distance and activities, so I can highly recommend it if you are planning something similar. The courtyard is an inviting space to relax after a day of walking in the heat. The breakfast was also very good and fresh. We will definitely back - thank you for your hospitality!

The location was perfect, just outside of the old city wall. The staff went above and beyond in helping with directions, providing a driver to the train station and arranging a wonderful trip to the Aral Sea. The breakfast was great, pretty large spread with coffee and juice. The room was lovely, and it really felt like being in a Caravanserai. This is the best value for money hotel I've stayed in during my Uzbekistan trip. I can't recommend it enough.

The courtyard and rooms offer a simple peaceful charm at an excellent location just outside the main West gate. Breakfast was excellent and staff very kind.
