The location is very good, with walking distance to all attractions inside the walls of old Khiva. Staff at reception desk was extremely kind and helpful. My room was good but beds are a bit hard. There were even bedside lamps, but unconveniently placed; you must almost go up from your bed to turn them on/off. The bathroom is OK fuctionally, but might need a little update. Price/quality ratio - good.

Caravan Hotel 's location was very good, just inside the walls in the open air museum of Khiva. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, the breakfast was good as well. The receptionist speaks a very good English, you can get extra information from him about practical things. Because of the hotel is very popular, it is advisable to book ahead. I didn't have a chance to stay on other night in there, because of its popularity.

A Very welcoming hotel, Mansur on reception speaks very good English and is attentive to guest needs. The room was comfortable, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Excellent buffet breakfast, 5 minutes walk from the city centre

A good hotel in the heart of the old city of Khiva. The rooms are medum size, good wi fi, nice breakfast, good position. No fridge in the room, yes AC. The place is well equipped. Possibility to exchange money. It's possible the pick up from the central station of Urgench, located approximately 32 km from the old city of Khiva at the cost of 17 dollars (the cost I payed in my trip in August 2024). Probably you can arrange a cheaper transportation with Yandex go (about 4 dollars at the moment).

Clean and friendly. I could park my motorcycle in the gated yard. The yard has enough space.
