The staff had a really warm candor and we're really helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the place was very clean with solid heating and water supply. Thanks for a great stay.

Only a 7-10 minute walk tops to the entrance to old Khiva. Residential neighbourhood so very quiet at night and family is also quiet. Room was spacious and clean and furniture allowed one to put suitcase up. Also a table to work. Comfortable bed and pillows I loved as thick ones! Hot shower water. WiFi worked well for social media uploads. Breakfast included and very kind of staff to serve later for me as I overslept. I was also served two eggs and cheese when I asked for some protein. Staff arranged for a shared taxi pickup for me to go to Nukus the next day (for 13 USD). Also I LOVE there are no shoes behind the reception hall. The thick carpeted hallway blocks noise too.

Everything!! Hatice was amazing 👏, she spoke fluently english, and she was an amazing host. The room was clean, and the area was very quiet, perfect for sleeping. Ac and wifi worked great. I was 4 min walk from the main tourist attractions. Breakfast was delicious and various every day. I extended my stay and stayed 5 days in total.

Good stay for the price. Breakfast excellent. Location just out of the centre, just a 5 minute walk or so.
