Helpful receptionist. Welcome tea, the price, the friendly people letting us warm our food, walking distance to old city. Mosque and souvenir shops. WiFi was good. Bath tub. Breakfast was different everyday with crepes, eggs, melon, sugar peanuts, biscuits, tea and coffee, clean and attention to detail. Uzbekistan culture was visible. Hospitable.

The staff was really accomodative and the breakfast was good. We had to leave for Aral sea at 7AM but the staff accomodated by packing our breakfast for the journey. The place is silent too.

It was probably the best economy place we stayed in when in Uzbekistan. The rooms were big and clean. Staff spoke good English. Very good breakfasts.

New, family owned hotel, very clean, comfortable, super friendly staff. It is 5 minutes bu yandex to any gate of the old town and 12 minutes fast walk to west gate. It is a great value for money.

The host Ms Malika was very helpful in every ways when we stay there. She can speak English well and recomend places of interest as well as places to eat.

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is quite new so there are not properly function yet. Our first room has a bit of bathroom problem. The water was pooling as the floor was slanted the wrong way, the water did not flow into the drain properly. So, we were given another room. It solved the pooling problem but there were other problems i.e some of the power sockets and the bed lights did not functioned.

Nice location and friendly staff. Bed was comfy and place is about 10 minutes walk to the main gate of Khiva Old Town.
