This was the third time we have stayed at this property. Love that view from every view is the canal view. Pool is a bit small but ok. Breakfast cold have more variety but had all the essentials. The room that we had to upgrade to by paying more, was fantastic. It was a duplex. Plus its close to Lulu Hypermarket. Had pizza and Halloumi sandwich for dinner once and it was really tasty.

The location - the Musandam Diving Centre just outside the resort and Lulu hypermarket next door . The Khasab castle is just a 2 min walk

The reception team ( especially Elisabeth) are very helpful. The rooms are very spacious, the gardens an abundance of greenery and the hotel is well placed for trips into Khasab and further afield.
