The name on the reservation must be the same as the credit card holder’s name.If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival:
1) Authorisation letter with cardholder's signature
2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature)Please note that the hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes.Due to safety considerations, children 12 years and under are not allowed in the pool access rooms.Please note that in case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount of the reservation.Renovation work of the restaurant and superior rooms will be carried out from May 15th, 2025 to August 31st, 2025. And some rooms may be affected by noise from May 15th, 2025 to June 30th, 2025.
We wish to inform you about the upcoming renovation of our Superior rooms, scheduled to take place from 15 May 2025 to 31 August 2025. During this period, fifty Superior rooms will be closed off for major renovations.Please rest assured guests will be accommodated in buildings that are completely separate from the work areas, ensuring minimal disruption. The newly renovated Superior rooms will be available from 1 September 2025 onwards.
In addition, please be advised that Veranda Restaurant will also undergo renovation during this time. Guests are able to dine at The Garden, which will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.Sunset Hut will continue to operate as usual, offering beverages and sunset views, while the beach lawn also remains accessible for sunbathing and leisure activities. Other hotel services and facilities are fully operational throughout this period.
From 15 May 2025 to 30 June 2025, there may be some noise disturbances resulting from the renovation. We will partition off the affected areas, and all guests will be allocated rooms in buildings away from the work site.From 1 July 2025 onwards, we anticipate no noise disturbances, as the remaining work will involve the installation of pre-fabricated furniture in the rooms”

Khaolak Merlin resort is the perfect getaway for an couple or family. The food served in the resorts restaurant is of an exceptional standard with a superior and vast variety for all people. The many pools and beach access allow for tanning, swimming and pure relaxation. The lovely swim up bar is amazing. Yes, not all drinks are made at the bar and need to be collected from another, but who cares. The scenery is idyllic and surroundings serene. My partner and I had a fabulous stay and will return any day!

Loved everything about this resort. The location, jungle setting, pools, bar and restaurants, friendly staff and fantastic beachside location. Only wish we’d been able to stay longer!

The main attraction of the Merlin resort is the garden with nice grass and Aged big trees- they said some are more then 100 years. They look majestic! You can enjoy sun and natural shade from morning to evening. because it's beach front, so the breeze make you so relax and comfortable. Small and big pools every corners, you can enjoy both sea and pool under the trees. Breakfast spread was Awesome! it's not a lot like huge 5 stars hotel, but it's well arranged. some dishes are keep changes every morning. Fresh fruits and Salad is pretty good. I and my husband stayed Superior room - it's spacious enough for two of us. Bathroom also spacious enough for us. The room is pretty clean.

Beautiful breakfast buffet. Stunning surrounds. Amazing service. Close to restaurants and bars. Lovely beach and pools. You can see some amazing wildlife at this resort. Absolutely stunning. I’d return in a heartbeat.

Exceptionally green area, you live like in a wild forest. At the same time, the facilities are great, 2 big water pools, direct access to the sea. Very friendly stuff :) P.S. Recommendation: Don’t hesitate to go outside of the hotel! There are plenty good places along the beach (Kate’s Kitchen) and great massage 5 mins walk: B.Dok Bua Massage with cheaper prices.
