The room was big enough, the bathroom was clean, the water was hot. It’s on the main road, easy to access. There was a fridge in good condition. Wifi was working well.

The room was clean (cleaned every day, clean towels every day, clean bedding every couple of days)spacious, had everything required and in a good location. Chang, the manager was friendly and helpful but also very funny. We wanted a trip to the turtle conservation centre and bamboo rafting, he made us a private trip and came along as our guide giving us lots of information....for a cheaper price than the other tours. He also got us a very good price for a private taxi to the airport. The ladies who work in the massage parlour at Khaolak Inn were also really friendly and helpful. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, about 15 min walk to the beach.

room was basic but very clean bed is comfy hot water, fridge and a spacious balcony to enjoy good massage and touristic services. the Owner is THE reason to stay there.

Where service makes the stay. Despite being a budget option, Mr Chang makes it feel like a five star experience! He seems to genuinely want you to have a great experience, will arrange tours at discounted price and transfers that are safe and reasonably priced. The rooms have everything you need to sleep. If you plan on being out all day what else do you need? Mr Chang was super friendly towards our kids, they really enjoyed his company, the chats and his humour. We were sad to leave!

Price is low, so you get what you pay for - not a whole lot. Room is very simple, has everything absolutely necessary, but nothing else. Owner is nice. Location is great, right in the center of things. Beach about 10 minutes walk.

Great location within Nang thong, with plenty food options nearby. Just a 12min walk to the beach. In front of a 7/11 and the bus stop from Khao Sok/to Phuket. Daily cleaning and towels changed.
