The fine print
The gala dinner for 31 December 2024 is mandatory for all guests and included in the price.A maximum of one bottle of liquor is allowed per room. Guests must obtain the necessary permits when purchasing liquor. As this is a Government mandate we kindly request that you adhere to this policy during your stay.Children aged 0-11 years can stay and enjoy breakfast complimentary. If an extra bed is required, there will be an additional charge of 1,500 per night till 31st March.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

The staff of Dukes retreat are an asset to the hotel. Special mention for Chef Dinesh, Waiters at the restaurant Nitai, Vicky, and others whose names are not known. Housekeeping staff Sapna really did a great job with keeping the room clean and neat. Devarshree at the front office looked after our special requests. All in all our experience was very relaxing.
